Music-wise, Maxwell has played piano since 2007, drums since 2012, guitar since 2017, and has dabbled in many other instruments. He's taught holistic piano lessons in-person and via zoom, allowing kids to express themselves through the keys and even write their own music. When it comes to personal projects, Maxwell is no stranger to music production, audio engineering, and isn't afraid to try a new musical concept. He engineered all of his former band's music, Fair Verona, including Egomaniac, has performed at the Charlottesville Tom Tom Founders Festival in 2018, and writes, records, mixes, and masters his own music. His current favorite song he's produced is "Next To You."
Maxwell is no stranger to cinema: He's a double major in Cinema and Theatre (with a double minor in strategic communications and brain & adaptive behavior), meaning he's literally studied the subject. He's worked on advertisements for elementary schools, documentaries celebrating the Quincentennial Celebrations of Virginia Tech, social change films, fictional horror and action films, wedding videos, and even music videos for friends' music and his own music.

Cinema and photography, essentially, go hand-in-hand. Most photographers have dabbled in video production and vice versa. Though less experienced in photography, Maxwell finds it an entertaining medium. His favorite type of photography is dance photography, and a close second would be composite photography. Composite photography is when you take a bunch of photos and assets and merge them together to tell a completely different story than the original photographs. He's also photographed graduations, school events, neighborhood events, and community events.
